We collaborate with your chosen architect or designer—or we can connect you with a trusted architect or design partner. Together, we’ll work to shape your ideas into reality - crafting your home’s or project layout, features, and style to match your lifestyle and your budget. This stage can also include permit planning, material discussions, and site considerations.
3. Budgeting & Agreement
You’ll receive a detailed, transparent proposal with all costs clearly outlined. We walk you through every line so you know exactly what you’re investing in. Once we’re aligned, we finalize our agreement and begin scheduling your build.
4. Construction Begins
With RCC Construction leading the build, your home is in experienced, capable hands. From breaking ground to final finishes, we oversee the timeline, trades, and quality at every turn—keeping you informed through regular updates.
5. Final Walkthrough & Move-In
Before you move in, we’ll walk you through your new build and make sure everything meets your expectations. We’re not finished until you’re 100% satisfied.
